What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for deliveries within India.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can arrive within 2-4 business days.
Do you ship to all locations in India?
We aim to deliver to most locations in India. However, some remote areas may have limited service availability.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We can assist if the order has not yet been processed.
What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
How can I track my shipment?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your shipment online.
What if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information. For further assistance, contact customer support.
What is your return policy?
We have a 5-day return policy. You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
What conditions must my item meet for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

What happens after my return is accepted?
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Can I return an item without requesting a return first?
No, items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
Yes, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
What is the process for exchanges?
The quickest way to get a new item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
What should I do if my refund hasn’t arrived after 15 business days?
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@vodavista.com.
